Aloe vera is a virtual gold mine of health-supporting phytonutrients.
 This gel carries the numerous water-soluble nutrients and other components throughout the plant. Think of it as the blood of the human body carrying nutrients throughout.
Aloe vere helps support energy and overall activity levels and acts as a general tonic. Most recently, scientists are beginning to understand that Aloe vera supports healthy body collogen as well.
