after a long journey back last nite from the Christmas Eve run at Malacca, today breakfast I prepared a special Christmas breakfast;- Christmas Breakfast rosiekitchen  Christmas breakfast Ingredients A: 2cups of plain flour 1pinch of salt 1tbsp baking powder 1spoon of sugar 1 cup of fresh milk 1 chicken egg Optional Flavour: 1tbsp cinnamon powder Ingredients B: Fruits of strawberries and blueberries optional if you like to add banana also can Topping icing suger Honey Use a whisk to mix well all ingredients A together in one big bowl. in another small bowl ingredients, B cut dice of strawberries and blueberries make sure to you have a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancake if you don't have use paper tower grease the frying pan with olive oil or vegetable oil before cooking. make sure the frying pan on medium heat before cook a small amount of batter in the center of the frying pan, let the mixture set until you see the bubble on the...

  Its Christmas Eve, 1hr driving from  Melacca  after joining the 12km night run last night. Unplanned journey sometimes will bring you to the place where you mean to be. And here I am IN ONE OF THE OLDEST Church in Malaysia.  church of visitation The History The Church of the Visitation was built in 1885, but the parish community already existed since 1848. French Fr. Pierre Henri Borie is the first missionary was sent in 1847, by Bishop John Baptist Boucho, the Vicar Apostolic of Malacca-Singapore, to work among the indigenous people in Seremban. some history tells that the French missionaries who set foot in Seremban came from Malacca. in 1845 Bishop John Baptist Boucho sent a priest Fr.Pierre Favre to start the parish of St Francis Xavier in Malacca. it would seem that Bishop John was paying special attention to the material and religious formation of a group of people, the indigenous living in the Malayan forest, so t...
