Breakfast with Pineapple always good to include fruits in daily breakfast. especially living in tropical weather, easily get the papaya, watermelon, and pineapple. today simple oatmeal bread toast having with grill mushroom, tomatoes, and pineapple. for juice can blend the watermelon or papaya and pineapple. for taste sprinkle sea salt and bit of white and black pepper. Fresh JUICE choices to have papaya watermelon pineapple the traveling shoes.

Mushroom SoupS

White Mushroom soup nice to have during a raining season or anytime during winter.  Ingredients: 4pcs White Mushroom 4pcs Button Mushroom 10gm Butter Cut slice for Mushroom and dice for Onions 30gm Onion 1spring fresh thyme or dried thyme pinch of salt pinch of pepper pinch of chicken stock 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of cream Saute mushroom with onions add bit water and bring to boiling  Melt unsalted butter in frying pan and Saute Mushroom with butter and onion until brown color, add thyme and bay leaf and saute another 10minutes and set aside. After cool blend in the food processor until smooth. put back in the frying pan over medium heat and add water bit by bit until boiled. Add salt, pepper, whipping cream and bit chicken stock until boiling. stir until almost creamy and smooth. serve with chives and dice of mushroom. the traveling shoes.

after a long journey back last nite from the Christmas Eve run at Malacca, today breakfast I prepared a special Christmas breakfast;- Christmas Breakfast rosiekitchen  Christmas breakfast Ingredients A: 2cups of plain flour 1pinch of salt 1tbsp baking powder 1spoon of sugar 1 cup of fresh milk 1 chicken egg Optional Flavour: 1tbsp cinnamon powder Ingredients B: Fruits of strawberries and blueberries optional if you like to add banana also can Topping icing suger Honey Use a whisk to mix well all ingredients A together in one big bowl. in another small bowl ingredients, B cut dice of strawberries and blueberries make sure to you have a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancake if you don't have use paper tower grease the frying pan with olive oil or vegetable oil before cooking. make sure the frying pan on medium heat before cook a small amount of batter in the center of the frying pan, let the mixture set until you see the bubble on the...

Hello Monday! It's a new day of weekdays.. I can feel the spirit of JOY! I can feel the laughter of Merry.. and I can hear the voice of Angels singing.. I'm getting ready for the day! and prepare my self for beautiful and healthy breakfast!
