Atkinson Clock Tower
Atkinson Clock Tower one of the landmark of Kota Kinabalu being one of the oldest structure survived the World War II. and proudly standing up hill facing the busy commercial centre of Gaya street. The Clock was built in 1903 in memory of Francis George Atkinson, District Officer of Jesselton during British North Borneo. The Clock Tower made from woods and no nails, the architecture was simple and yet last through years. And now still alive counting the time of the city's, facing the new Development. This Historical Tower is managed and maintain by the Sabah Museum . Eco Environment Structure, human hand made from all woods.
