                        TORCH GINGER WildGinger ( family Etlingera elatior) : Torch Ginger (Malay: Bunga Kantan./ Indonesian : Bunga Kecombrang or honje/  Thai : Kaalaa) have a special aroma which used for cooking and common in Asian dishes.
