after a long journey back last nite from the Christmas Eve run at Malacca, today breakfast I prepared a special Christmas breakfast;- Christmas Breakfast rosiekitchen  Christmas breakfast Ingredients A: 2cups of plain flour 1pinch of salt 1tbsp baking powder 1spoon of sugar 1 cup of fresh milk 1 chicken egg Optional Flavour: 1tbsp cinnamon powder Ingredients B: Fruits of strawberries and blueberries optional if you like to add banana also can Topping icing suger Honey Use a whisk to mix well all ingredients A together in one big bowl. in another small bowl ingredients, B cut dice of strawberries and blueberries make sure to you have a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancake if you don't have use paper tower grease the frying pan with olive oil or vegetable oil before cooking. make sure the frying pan on medium heat before cook a small amount of batter in the center of the frying pan, let the mixture set until you see the bubble on the top of the pan

  Its Christmas Eve, 1hr driving from  Melacca  after joining the 12km night run last night. Unplanned journey sometimes will bring you to the place where you mean to be. It was a quiet Christmas and New Year in Kuala Lumpur, phone line not busy to give a call to greets everyone a Hello! especially to those cant going back home to see their family and friends. and for me early wake up still as normal as another day, very motivated for the next day to come! its 6am view at Dataran Merdeka and this morning 5am is a new 2018 year startup! Being a supporter of my friend to the Morning Run! is the best I can to start the Year, taking a photo is part of my excitement but today can see most people still in their bed after on holidays and jolly of New Year Cheers.
