Cheese Mussel with Herbs

one of my favorite kinds of seafood is a fresh mussel.  this is one of the simple and tasty recipes cheese Mussel with Herbs Mussel  Ingredients: Optional Mussel if you cant get Fresh Mussel 5pc Fresh Mussel or Frozen Mussel 60gm unsalted butter 2spring Italian Parsley 2pc Garlic cut dice 2tbsp olive oils pinch salt pinch pepper parmesan cheese for topping bread crumbs for topping Baked for: 8 to 10minutes A.Marinated Mussel with salt, pepper and olive oil. B.bring the butter to room temperature, then saute and mix in the Italian parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, set aside to cool. Mushroom SoupS

White Mushroom soup nice to have during a raining season or anytime during winter.  Ingredients: 4pcs White Mushroom 4pcs Button Mushroom 10gm Butter Cut slice for Mushroom and dice for Onions 30gm Onion 1spring fresh thyme or dried thyme pinch of salt pinch of pepper pinch of chicken stock 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of cream Saute mushroom with onions add bit water and bring to boiling  Melt unsalted butter in frying pan and Saute Mushroom with butter and onion until brown color, add thyme and bay leaf and saute another 10minutes and set aside. After cool blend in the food processor until smooth. put back in the frying pan over medium heat and add water bit by bit until boiled. Add salt, pepper, whipping cream and bit chicken stock until boiling. stir until almost creamy and smooth. serve with chives and dice of mushroom. the traveling shoes.
