Fresh Tomatoes Puree for Pasta

Making own tomatoes puree for our Pasta tonight  Making fresh Tomatoes Puree we need Ingredients : 7 fresh tomatoes  1/2red capsicum  1 green chilies   1 onions  6 clove garlic 100ml water 1/2spoon paprika 1/2spoon chili powder  1tbspSalt  1spoonSugar Black paper powder  2spoon olive oil Additional : 1/2 mince meat 2 cheese sausages  1 spoon olive oil Preparations : To sautéed with olive oil the onions until smell then add garlic, cut tomatoes, chilies and Capcicum. Cook lightly before add paprika, chili powder and black paper.  When everything combine well add water and let it boiled in slow fire.  After boiled turn off the fire. ADD a bit salt and sugar and bring to Blender to have smooth PUREE.  Keep aside.  Additional in different fry pan  Sautee with olive oil mince meat with the sausage and add bit salt. Cook undit golden before add all the puree that we blending m bring  to the slow boiled. And turn off the fire. Keep aside for 15minute  before surve on too of pasta.
