Hello 2018, what a simple day to start a healthy meals. from the garden grrens into the colorful plate of salad. its been my habits to plant a hebs which part of my daily diet, plants what i love to eat and its a relexation hobbies and can bring a great creativity and peace of the mind. Magical Seaweed -Natural Collagen from the Sea Vegetables

The Seaweed Jelly also is known as (Irish Moss in Ireland) the seaweed I would like to introduce is "Borneo Seaweed" Borneo Island is rich with Natural Beauty, the mountain and the best dive site in Malaysia for the Marine Lifes include the variety of seaweed. if you know most ready-made food product seaweed comes from Borneo. Sarawak Produce freshly dried seaweed was export to Japan for food production. I still remember we always go for a family picnic on the beach and most of the guy will go fishing and dive for seaweed it's for our lunch. my favorite would be the grapes seaweed "freshly light green color) - crunchy, salty and fresh vegetables from the sea. i love the fresh salty taste like fireworks in my mouth. Fun Run!

Some of the Photo Collection during the Fun Run! the Running for Health being the new favorite activities in the city, from every age participate in every run event. some organizer is very professional and there also not really efficient. one thing is everyone gathers and challenge their self to the finished line. the best part to see the kids having fun and the elder people are fitnessly strong and a good example to young people like me. my colorful watermark on the banner. this event starts early as 7am, and even you reach one hour earlier, everyone already there. all the participants warming up and making new friends before the exact time started. this how the weather when the 1st release of the run the starting point for the 12km category  Best being one of the photographers for sport, I can witness the struggling, the enjoyment of participants. and for those who challenge their self for better timing every run.
