I'm not a Vegetarian, but having beautiful vegetables make life full of detoxing and younger at Heart!

Here I would like to share a simple healthy Lunch to start your day.
colorful vegetables to start the day!
The Vegetables:
what you need to do just pick from your own grown garden this greens, easily plant.
1.Kafir Leaves (cut  fine julienne)
2.Basil (no need to cut)
3.Mints ( no need to cut)
4.Spring Onion ( small cut)
5.Tomatoes ( cut dice)
6.Chilies ( cut dice)
7.Sweet Mangoes ; additional to add sweet to the dishes
others from the market:
8.Cucumber ( cut dice)


9.Dyr Prawn (optional Dry Taufu) (smashed in granite mortar)
10.Onion
11.Garlic
12. Black Sesame seed
13.Vermicelli Noodles


all the ingredient from 1 to 8 need to cut small dice shape, except the basil, Mints and Kafir Leaves.

Taste :
Salt, White Papper, and Fish sos
Vermicelli Noodles :
3glass of hot water bring to boil before adding salt. once it boiled., turn the fire Off and put aside and add the Vermicelli Noodles. stir until the noodle cook. stir dried and transfer to in ice cold water until change color from clear to white.
stir dried and up in chiller.

add all dry ingredients such dried Prawn,sasame seed and the taste into the noodles. only add all the colorful vegetables into the noodles if you start eating.
the purpose to have the fresh and crunchy from the vegetables exactly on the top of your fork and spoon.
