The Seaweed Jelly also is known as (Irish Moss in Ireland) the seaweed I would like to introduce is "Borneo Seaweed" Borneo Island is rich with Natural Beauty, the mountain and the best dive site in Malaysia for the Marine Lifes include the variety of seaweed. if you know most ready-made food product seaweed comes from Borneo. Sarawak Produce freshly dried seaweed was export to Japan for food production. I still remember we always go for a family picnic on the beach and most of the guy will go fishing and dive for seaweed it's for our lunch. my favorite would be the grapes seaweed "freshly light green color) - crunchy, salty and fresh vegetables from the sea. i love the fresh salty taste like fireworks in my mouth. There is a certain sacredness attached to it, for it is a food given to them by Kinoingan , the Almighty Creator so that his people should never want for food. This was Kinoingan's ultimate act of benevolence and to this day, His people repay the deed by conducting various ceremonies to honour Bambaazon , the spirit of Huminodun as embodied in rice. Sakar Island (Pulau Sakar) Pulau Sakar located in Lahad Datu 5km away from the mainland one of the nearest Island in Lahad Datu area. Lowland Ultramafic Forest once Gazetted as Virgin Jungle Reserved Class 4 in 1965 with total area 760ha.19years later in March,14 1984 the forest reserved re-gazetted as class 6, mainly secondary forest Due to the increasing of the population,farming activities, Oil palm activities and illegal settlement. 10-15min boat ride to the Island from the local jetty near the fish market in lahad datu. Tabin Wildlife Gazetted in 1984 as a protected forest area, Tabin is one of Sabah's largest and most important wildlife reserves and, according to the WWF research, this place is one of the last refuges of the endangered Sumatran rhino. Since the opening of Tabin Resort in 2002. after a long journey back last nite from the Christmas Eve run at Malacca, today breakfast I prepared a special Christmas breakfast;- Christmas Breakfast rosiekitchen Christmas breakfast Ingredients A: 2cups of plain flour 1pinch of salt 1tbsp baking powder 1spoon of sugar 1 cup of fresh milk 1 chicken egg Optional Flavour: 1tbsp cinnamon powder Ingredients B: Fruits of strawberries and blueberries optional if you like to add banana also can Topping icing suger Honey Use a whisk to mix well all ingredients A together in one big bowl. in another small bowl ingredients, B cut dice of strawberries and blueberries make sure to you have a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancake if you don't have use paper tower grease the frying pan with olive oil or vegetable oil before cooking. make sure the frying pan on medium heat before cook a small amount of batter in the center of the frying pan, let the mixture set until you see the bubble on the top of the pan
