Freshly from the Garden to the Plate
Gardening one of my free time hobbies, it's fun and having my Panther the cat as the garden guardian.
most of the Green's that growing in my garden is from the fruits that I love to eat and herbs that used in cooking.
Fresh Tumeric very command in Asian cuisine, I cook the turmeric rice when the root ready to harvest and the leaves can add in curries.
For mango and lime very easy to grow, died the seed and plant half of the seed inside the soil and half above the soil. only when the roots from the seed grown then transfer the seeds to the bigger pot and add more soil to cover the all the seed.
Avocado one of my favorite fruits, its grow easily in Borneo Sabah climate in my hometown, but not all Asian like to eat avocado because of the creamy taste. In West Malaysia, it was difficult to find grown avocado except you buy from the supermarket the imported one from Australia, Sout Africa and America.
I make Avocado Ice cream during my child time, now I still make the ice Avocado, salad and just eat for breakfast with honey.
