Gardening one of my free time hobbies, it's fun and having my Panther the cat as the garden guardian. most of the Green's that growing in my garden is from the fruits that  I love to eat and herbs that used in cooking. Fresh Tumeric very command in Asian cuisine, I cook the turmeric rice when the root ready to harvest and the leaves can add in curries. Fresh Tumeric and spring onion For mango and lime very easy to grow,  died the seed and plant half of the seed inside the soil and half above the soil. only when the roots from the seed grown then transfer the seeds to the bigger pot and add more soil to cover the all the seed. Avocado one of my favorite fruits, its grow easily in Borneo Sabah climate in my hometown, but not all Asian like to eat avocado because of the creamy taste. In West Malaysia, it was difficult to find grown avocado except you buy from the supermarket the imported one from Australia, Sout Africa and America. I make A...

The Pearl Island known to many world heritage names.. included the glorious food and tasty dessert called the CHENDUL 'cendoi' for local dialect .. sweet creamy coconut cream topping with mixture of kidney nut and the snowy ice snow a perfect couple in hot sunny day of Penang Tropical weather. Ingredients: Kidney nuts Red Bean Palm Sugar Creamy fresh Coconut milk Snowy Ice not too sweet.. but refreshing drink dessert good for all day activities. FLOWERING day... spending two to 4hours making oxygen blooming... showering the plant, mixing the soil and re planting greens vegetables and herbs. My great Grandfather a Spanish Army during world war 11. after the war he has been relocated to Asia region where he found his wife. After the war, he has begun to collect and buy land and start to plant rice which feeds most of the villages and give the family a work opportunity as rice planter. My Grandfather has gifted, anything he plants will grow beautifully. and this being inherited by my father. I still remember I used to play with the soil when my father planting banana and other fruits tree.
